    This sounds exciting and like an exercise program I could stay with. So many times I’ve started an exercise program only to give up after a few days because of just not being able to make the time. I think I can find 7 minutes every other day. Thanks Barbara !

    I am so excited about 7 Minute Workout. I was spending 90 minutes a day doing my exercises until I learned about positive momentary muscular failure and how our body needs to rest to get stronger after a workout. Great article!

    I am amazed at how much stronger I am getting from the advanced core exercises. And the best thing is I am getting this accomplished in about 10-12 minutes every other day. This program is great for everyone.
